Olympiad Gymnastics and our FLiP KiDZ program will help your child develop coordination, body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in a fun, positive and safe environment. Our Delaware gymnastics classes are specifically designed for children ages 3 - 17 and will include instruction in tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, vaulting and bars. We have classes and programs for all skill levels, including gymnasts that are just learning to tumble, gymnasts that are at a competitive level and gymnasts that are more interested in performing as part of our exclusive and highly regarded Exhibition Team.
